With start of the 2nd quarter 2010, the ALI software product was declared future property of the »ALI Vertriebs- und Betriebsgesellschaft«.
- The partnership will serve economic purposes and the public good.
- The partners will share all proceeds proportional to their resepctive investment.
- The partnership once a year will decides on an investment prospectus. It defines among others, which investment opportunities are available for that year. (The first draft is available separately.)
- The partnership will accept financial deposits as well as deposits with money value from labor.
- The partnership will define a yearly interest for investments.
The name translates as »ALI marketing and business partnership«. In German
it abbreviates »ALI VEB«. This alludes to a perished socialist legal form and a derogatory nickname for cititzens of turkish decent. I am neither xenophobic, being a second generation migrant myself, and certainly harbor no nostalgic feelings for the GDR.
